Charter Schools

Our affiliate, Community Investment Corporation (“CIC”) provides assistance to charter schools who have publicly sold bond financings with disclosure filing requirements. CIC acts as program administrator to these schools and provides compliance schedules with reminders, templates, site visits to assist the schools and does the filing on the MSRB’s required municipal securities site, EMMA. These disclosures are set forth in each school’s offering document and generally include school data enrollment, and data about the financial health of the charter school.
